I saw Nim's journey for the first time at the Flashtival. I was impressed and I stay impressed. I would love to learn how you do it, but it's a fact we don't live the same life.

Hi jaqlien and welcome to the board. First of all, thank you. The whole idea with this project, apart from that I want the film to become reality, is to show you how I work and share my knowledge. I will give you as much information as I have time to spare.

You mean "Nim's Winter Tale" jacqlien, right? "Nim's Journey" is something quite different.
...I wonder if there are flashtivals or the equivalent in Toronto, Canada? I'd love to see Ola's work on the big screen, but I wonder if the colours are shown right, what with the transition to film and all...

I was accually in Rotterdam at the Flashtival conference speaking about Nim´s Journey and showing people some things, so Jacqlien is quite right in her statement. Nice to be the one pointing finger at Esn for a change

The finger points right back at you, Ola, because this topic is in the "Nim's Winter Tale" forum. So what did you show to people exactly? I'd love to have been there, but Rotterdam is so far away... (in fact, I'm not even sure exactly where it is )

You got me there.... I´ll get you for something oneday...
At the Flashtival I had three speaches. One of them was about Nim's Winter Tale, behind the scenes. One of them was about Nim´s Journey and the project as a whole, and the third.... I really don't remember right now. But it was great fun anyway.

^_^ It was simple fun watching it. I saw it at Flashplayer.com (UgoPlayer now.. I think). I watched a million times, wishing it was cold, and that I could speak that language. Heh, I never believed in magic until I was like, 12.
