Well, that is a long story involving lots of travelling around in West Africa, if you want the whole story I can give it to you.
I get your point though.

Well, that sounded a bit offensive to me. Why harsh him on something so petty as a logo that holds meaning to him? Maybe you need some understanding before dealing out critism.

It hardly 'sucks' man, that's just unfair. If you stopped and though about it, a peanut is a very simple thing. So why does it have a shell? Maybe to protect itself? Maybe...there is something behind this shell? Something fantastically amazing, or shockingly dark. It could be quite symbolic in a way. Never, my friend: judge a book by it's cover.
Let's hear this story then!

reinout, your entitled to your opinion but just be more careful when you are presenting it. So lets leave reinout alone now and carry on with our antisipation with wanting to hear Ola's story

Ok, as I have very little time to dive into the specifics, here goes: The Gooberstory was kind of a experimental film for me at the time. It all comes down to a single little peanut. Seven years ago I travelled through West-Africa, and wherever we went everyone offered us peanuts. The peanut, or "goober pea", became the embodyment of inspiration and friendship in a strange way. Happy people with smiling faces giving away fresh peanuts in the hundreds, our bags were stuffed with them, and they provided us with energy during our long walks. When I started up my little company I first made my logo, I scribbled on a paper and a peanut showed up. In the end it became Goober Productions. So I had a logo, and I had a name. But then what? Why a Goober pea? What can I do with it to make it more thrilling? One dark winter evening when I sat in my apartment in Stockholm I took a closer look at this peculiar nut. I had bought a bunch of them (roasted ones) with shells and all. I cracked one open and looked inside. Two little peanuts lay neatly inside, protected in their dark chamber. I divided one of the peanuts and studied it. And I found something strange, a little fish. There are little seeds in each and every peanut and most of them look like tiny little fish (with some imagination). Is that not strange? But how did those fish get there? I decided to make my own tale about it.

Oh cool, I wasn't sure if that was already a tale, and you made a film to go along with it. Neat to hear you invented that gem.

I seriously dont see how that works, but then again my mind os more scientifical and cognitive than imaginitive
