Font's pretty okay, to my mind, since big corporate sponsors often get lazy at the prospect of reading long texts presented in stylish fonts... And general public might be like that as well. So if only a slight bit more ornate...
It might be 'aN essential part', though I dare not state anything about that after Esn.
I'm not really into 'technical business trendy language', though I might know something without realizing it. But that seems to be unimportant so far, maybe because Ola checked that Clustrmap before replying to you, Esn ;-))

I will see if I can find a better font for the buttons, it is tricky to find one that is both part of the art and easy to read. Well... the one that you have right now is pretty nice, I think... EDIT: I didn't mean the text font, Roamer - I meant the button font. It looks nicer to my eyes than the new one, anyway, and it doesn't look quite so "tacked-on". What was it about it that made you want to change it? As for the clustr map - judging by that thing, Ola had better find someone who speaks Spanish or Portuguese fast. It almost seems like the main visitors here are South/Central Americans.

Esn, I meant the same, only thing Ola might have changed the font by the time I saw that screenshot for the first time. And judging by the cluster map - that's it. It shows there's no use in Russian version. However... Most russian people are pretty bad at speaking English, so they're naturally driven away from places with large amounts of English text (if only it's not of utmost importance for them). Thus a translation of site could have resulted in a cluster map picture different from the current one. Still, as animations will not be in Russian, this last statement is also doubtful.

The text on the round things looks a little too standard and slightly too cluttered - it might be nicer if it were made to look more like part of the art, and slightly less standard. Now I am a little confused here Now you think the text is ok? Or is the font ok but the text is not? Do you refer to the text on the round green buttons?

Ah, what happened? I replied to this thread a few days ago and my message dissappeared. No, I was only talking about the font on the buttons - sorry for any confusion. Everything else is fine. I think that the current font on the buttons looks better than the new one, that's all.

Your suggestions are a little tedious, Esn. I don't think Ola has the time to worry about how many syllables are in "Ongoing" compared to "Current," or changing "About Goober" to "About." =O
Edit: I did not mean to be rude. I understand that Esn is just making suggestions. I guess, Ola can change those things when he's done with the key features of the website. =)
I really liked how the text in the center jumps out at you. I was thinking on decorating the outside of the circle a little more. You have a clock, 2 signposts, the logo, and the language selection. Are you planning on including anything else? I know that users would like to play around on the stuff outside, a bit. What does the scroll on the left do?

I have a nagging feeling that Ola's delay in launching the new look is due to me... I'm very sorry if that's the case. And - hey - since when did I become a "global moderator"?

Hi there, don´t worry. I did not delay the launch because of you Esn! I just got a couple of jobs that I had to create. Among those I have been creating video projections too one of swedens best known bands, so I have been really busy. On top of this we are moving to another flat this weekend, and we are also planning our marrige on New Years eve. So, you are not the reason why the site is delayed I did send you a PM about the moderator thing Esn, didn´t you recieve it? Talk to you guys soon!!

Nice news ola, congrats for the marrige plans! You still got me email adress for the german translation? Feel free to give me shout about that. One thing i notice with the design/colors is that the yellow lettering from the left and right stands out more then the actuall title of the main window inbetween, maybe you should make the title yellow and the sides more orange? Anyway, i trust your eye for that completly, go ola go

Will we be able to see the videos somehow, when they are done? Congratulations on the marriage decision, though I will admit that something confuses me a little: does it mean something different for Swedes culturally than it does here in North America? From what I've heard, quite a lot of long-term Swedish couples are unmarried. Sorry for the strange question. I did receive the PMs... a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I haven't gotten into the habit of checking my PMs. Thanks for the promotion. The board has become much quieter, so my duties will consist mainly of deleting imaginary spam-bots. Of course, it was never really active in the first place, but it has been slowing down more and more over the past while. Ola needs to pick himself up some more fans by releasing something soon. ;D

You can find the videos at www.goober.nu/BKO/BilYou can find the videos at www.goober.nu/BKO/HundThose are graphical projections that will be played behind the band at their concerts. The songs are in swedish ;D Regarding unmarried couples, yes, that is the case. We are not such a religious folk.

Very nice, Ola (sorry for the late reply)! I like the first one especially; I've always been a sucker for fast-moving road videos... they hypnotize me, and I could keep watching them perpetually. I'm impressed, especially considering how different from your previous work these videos are. Has the band performed yet with those videos? How have your other works been getting along this month?

Oh wow, I had totally missed that post, my apologies too, Ola!
Great stuff there, the video captures the moods quite well. Catchy songs, too. Wondering though, is there a reason for the common road/travelling theme? Thought perhaps it was something in the lyrics that I obviously wouldn't get...

Yes, the band is on tour in scandinavia right now. Next week they will tour in Finland. Right now I am making a music video for one of their songs, we have been filming for two days and nights, so I am a little tired(: Today I have made the first cut, and I think it will be great. I hope I can show it to you when it is done.
I have not had the possibility to work with my things yet, there are lots of things going on right now. I willl tell you about it later.
