I can't believe how well your style transfers into 3D! Is this a movie that will be released soon?

Ola stated "little side project." It's just something to get away from Nim's Journey for a few minutes and possibly, to get inspiration from it. I think the concept is great. One thing however, I think you should make the girl more robot-like. Not that you don't see brown metal (or copper) often, but steel tends to bring out the metallic in her. Her bronze skirt is perfect. Her hair is kind of freaky. But then again, pigtails seems to be better than a whole bunch of long hair (for a robot). The rocket reminds me of a carrot. I think it's because it looks too simple. Maybe you can add some windows and make the door seem more noticable. At the bottom, you can include some rocket/jets for liftoff. Good Luck.

haha awesome, that is so cool! Although when I first glanced at the board, I read the blurb first about intergalactia and space dumps, I thought someone had been messing with the board. Can't wait to see this one!

Ola stated "little side project" When someone like Ola says "little side project", I don't trust the finished result to be either "little" or a "side project". ;D

Yes, I know, I will just have to keep it simple and stupid, no feature project for this lady, not yet anyway. I will try to make a little christmas story. I need to do something else for a change. I am working with Nim´s Journey aswell, the second chapter will be ready to publish soon.
I have just made this character, so the film if far from finnished. But as long as I can come up with a story, there might be a quick resut.

How about the little lady's spaceship breaks down and she's forced to land on a strange planet where (surprise, surprise) the life-forms are exactly the right kind that she needs to fix her spaceship (ex. right shape for plugging a hole, right behaviour for fixing something, etc). It would have to be something that the viewer doesn't realize at first, though. /just throwing ideas out

The Robot project is developing, I have found a great way to animate her, and it looks really nice. I have also started out animationg the first scene. This part will take place on a icy planet used as a intergalactic waste dump. This is a story about a abandoned robot trying to find it's way home.
I will soon be back with some images and updates. I tried to put a flash animation within the post itself, but did not make it. If anyone have any ideas, please fire away.
See you soon!

Great News Ola! Looking forward to see it. As far as i know you need to have a forum wich supports flash otherwise it wont show up in a post. Maybe theres a plugin around to include it into this forum? I know that is possible in phpbb boards.

Hahah! I was right! I was right! Needless to say I'm really looking forward to this. Embedding a flash file within a post is a really bad idea IMO because that would force everyone to download it any time they want to view this thread. Why not simply upload the file somewhere and post the link? As for ideas for the story (I'm not sure if that's what you meant back there ) -if you wanted me to I could think/draw up ideas for background objects and whatnot if you sort-of know roughly what you need but are out of ideas at the moment. P.S. MBC, your new signature scares me! It's very good, but... I'm afraid to look at it. ;D
